Atypic Chocolate

Trained in France the traditional way, Charles Lemai is a professional chef, pastry chef and chocolatier. After several years as an executive pastry chef in Australia, he became Pastry Lecturer for Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne, at the same time working on launching his own business, Atypic Chocolate. The entire chocolate making process is carried out at Atypic’s stall in the Market, which sells pastries, hot chocolate, cakes and other delights. At the Night Market, Atypic will be serving up crowd pleasers as well as launching new products which are destined to become dessert favourites.
